Monster Casino has a page on its site headed "Online Bingo". We went looking, because a casino with a real bingo lobby would be genuinely interesting to our readers.

It contains one game. The site's own counter says so: Online Bingo games, 1.

That's a fair introduction to Monster Casino, which is a large, well-stocked, round-the-clock UK casino with a marketing department that writes cheques the lobby doesn't cash — and a cashier that charges you to take your winnings home.

Who's running it

Monster Casino is operated by ProgressPlay Limited, of St Julian's, Malta — a Maltese company (registration C58305) licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority since April 2013 and, for our purposes, licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 39335. That's taken from the site's own footer, which states it on both its .com and .co.uk addresses, so unlike some brands in this catalogue there's no dual-licensee ambiguity to untangle.

ProgressPlay runs 134 websites. Two of them are also reviewed on this site: Betrino here in the casino section, and Fruity King on the bingo side. All three share the cashier described below.

The regulatory record

On 21 August 2025 the Gambling Commission fined ProgressPlay Limited £1,000,000 after a compliance assessment found anti-money-laundering and social-responsibility failings in breaches dated between August 2021 and August 2024. It also issued a warning and required an independent third-party audit of the operator's compliance arrangements.

The Commission's Director of Enforcement described it as "the second time ProgressPlay Limited has been subject to enforcement action" — the operator paid £175,718 in 2022 for failings in the same two areas.

Monster's own withdrawal page states that "withdrawals are subject to a processing fee in the amount of 1% up to £3 per withdrawal". The published timings are one business day to process, then transfer times that depend entirely on the route: 3–7 business days for debit cards and PayPal, 4–10 for bank transfer, and one business day for Skrill, Neteller and instant bank payment. The e-wallet routes are genuinely quick. The card and PayPal routes are not — PayPal is same-day at plenty of rivals.

Payments are handled by Babaloo Limited, so your bank statement will show ProgressPlay, Babaloo Limited or Babaloo CASHOO.EU rather than Monster Casino. That's normal; it just looks alarming if nobody tells you.

One further term: an account unused for 12 months is classed as dormant and charged £5 per month, which can take the balance to zero. The operator undertakes to try to return your money first and to warn you 30 days ahead. Don't leave a float sitting here.

A genuine credit on the other side of the ledger: ID and age verification is required before you can deposit, gamble or even open the free-to-play games. Front-loading verification is the right way round, and it removes the single most common cause of a payout stalling.
